It is possible to order from our oyster bar menu when you are dining in the main restaurant. However, as these items are prepared in our outdoor kitchen, they may arrive at your table at a different time than entrees ordered from the main menu.

Our main oyster supply is from Apalachicola Bay on Florida’s West coast. During the hot summer months we switch to Gold Band oysters, which are post harvest processed (PHP). The oysters are treated with high pressure, which kills the vibrio bacteria, which occurs naturally in warm coastal waters. Gold Band oysters are also bigger in size than Apalachicola oysters in the summer months.

Depending on availability and affordability, we sometimes offer another choice of oyster, such as Wellfleet, Duxbury (Cape Cod), Malpeque (Prince Edward Island) Blue Points (Maine), or Kumamotos (Washington).

Steamed Oysters 16.99
A bowl (approximately eigtheen) of oysters for you to shuck.

Oysters Rockefeller 9.99
Apalachicola oysters broiled with spinach, bacon, breadcrumbs and Parmesan cheese.

Spicy BBQ Oysters 9.99
Apalachicola oysters broiled in chipotle chili bbq sauce topped with caramelized onions
and bacon bits.
                             
Garlic Oysters 9.99
Apalachicola oysters broiled in butter, garlic, dash of white wine, Parmesan cheese
and fresh parsley.

Peel and Eat Shrimp 12.99 (Full Pound 23.99)
Half pound of fresh boiled Mayport shrimp, for you to peel and eat. Served with lemon, drawn butter

Snow Crab Legs 24.99
Two clusters of 12 oz each, steamed, served with drawn butter and lemon.
