Cap’s on the Water has seven areas available for private parties. Unless you rent the whole restaurant, Cap’s remains open to the public.
We offer the following areas for rent:
The Whole Restaurant – closed to the public (300 people).
The Inside – inside dining room with water views (50 people).
The Front Garden – (80 people)
The Oyster Bar Waterfront – (50 people)
The Oyster Bar Garden – (40 people)
The Back Garden – (90 people)
The Sundancer – a 110′ luxury yacht (150 people). It is docked at our restaurant and available for rental by the hour (minimum of 2 hrs).
We do not cater any private parties during our high season from March through July, during major holiday periods and national holidays. St. Johns County does not allow outdoor live music, unless you rent the whole restaurant.
